Pika AI lets you create and edit videos using different effects, such as melting, exploding, inflating, crushing, squishing objects, bullet-time shots, slow motion, 360-degree and lip-syncing videos. After completing your video, you can also generate audio using the prompt to create sound effects.

Technical details: The video output is 24fps which makes the movement natural and feels cinematic. The maximum video length is 5 seconds. The platform supports major video aspect ratios such as 16:9 (HD TV), 9:16 (HD Smartphone), 1:1 (Square), 4:5 (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms), 5:2 and 4:3 (older TVs). 

Pricing: A free account comes with 150 credits (15 credits per video), and you can create videos up to 1080p. However, the video comes with a Pika watermark. You can update to remove the watermark and get more credits (700 monthly to unlimited).

Our test: In our test, Pika AI took us an hour and wasn't able to generate anything, maybe due to high demand. So, we have no idea how long it normally takes to render a video.
